Yoyo… been a real chemical weekend… cant really rmb much… been high most of the time….well I met dexter and vishal… spent the whole weekend with them… oh ya… I went training with dexter.. so fun la… met some of our old seniors… they were really fun… almost everyday last week ended up me walking home drunk... but I got a good excuse… been trying to mask the pain my muscles have been giving me… despite the ache I still workout everyday… talk about determination hor.. hahaha.. oh ya… cut my cigarette intake from 7 packs to 1 pack only on weekends… good hey… I think I said something in my previous post… as those who know me well I always contradict myself and go back against my word… but this time im really trying to cut… vishal manage to cut smoking without any help… my god… but its quite a new habit for him…
Oh yeah… im also changing my diet… last 2 weeks have been Mac delivery diet… for the next two weeks I’ll be on ribeye steak diet… there is this new ribeye in limbang… my god its fantastic… had 2 ribeye steaks today… one from limbang and one from 302… can really tell the diff… oh yeah… Thursday will be going jacks place with Esther… go and eat their ribeye.. so long nv go jacks place with her le… if I rmb correctly she is the first girl I taught how to eat escargot…

Well nothing much really happen.. just live life like that… holidays can be so stressful.. Im not finding a job… cant be bothered to work… besides.. got nothing to spend on liao…. Oh yeah.. last week went to Nisa’s wedding… it was so great… they really suit each other…the first malay wedding I attended… and yes all eyes were on the Chinese guy… waiting to get the pictures to post it here…
whole week have been working out…. Really trying to stay away from those damn cigarettes… its really not easy… that shit is very very addictive….
Oh yeah… im wearing this wrist band that says ‘believe’.. well its my no smoking band… im not allowed to smoke when I wear it… I know its lame.. but its kinda helping… ive resisted a few times cuz of the band… now im really considering my options… kinda hard…. Mother was very very upset when I smoked my ass off last Sunday… just cannot tahan…
anyway, im getting fatter… which im not so sure is a good thing.. kinda getting scary… jumped up 4 kilos since 2 weeks… well partly it is because I said to myself I will stuff myself with food whenever I get the urge… n that urge came ever so often… for the past 2 weeks I spent a total of around $163.15 on MacDonald’s delivery alone… sorta like a regular customer now… they should give me some award…
also been drowning myself with chocolate and alcohol… shots of vodka does help to lower the temptation…chocolate has nothing to do with it.. I just like chocolate…someone bought these truffle chocolates…im telling you, they were godly…
but the past few days ive been thinking if it is worth it… people say its expensive to smoke… but the truth is its more expensive not to…
